Terms and Conditions
1. This raffle is organised and operated by the Highway Devils Motorcycle Club on behalf of the Edenvale SPCA.
2. All proceeds raised through this raffle will go towards supporting the Edenvale SPCA’s animal welfare initiatives.
3. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
4. Employees, volunteers, sponsors, and immediate family of the Organiser may enter the raffle.
5. By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
6. Raffle tickets will be sold during the promotional period specified by the Organiser.
7. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
8. Each valid ticket purchased represents one entry into the raffle draw.
9. The raffle opens on 30 May 2026 and closes on 30 June 2026 at 23:59.
10. No entries received after the closing date and time will be eligible for the draw.
11. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
12. The Organiser reserves the right to substitue a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
13. Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted by the Organiser.
14. The draw will take place on 07 July 2026.
15. The Organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence or disputes regarding the outcome will be entered into.
16. Winners will be contacted telephonically using the contact details provided at the time of ticket purchase.
17. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
18. Winners will be required to provide valid identification before receiving a prize.
19. Winners will be required to collect their prize from the Edenvale area. Exact address will be communicated directly to the prize winners.
20. Should a prize not be collected within 7 days of being contacted, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
21. Any costs associated with collection or using a prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
22. Personal information collected during ticket purchases will only be used for raffle administration, winner communication, and related fundraising communication where permitted.
23. The Organiser will take reasonable steps to protect participant information in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
24. The Organiser shall not be held liaible for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered as a result of participating in the raffle or accepting any prize.
25. The Organiser is not responsible for technical failures, payment issues, interrupted communications, or lost entries beyond its reasonable control.
26. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, tampering, abuse, or any conduct deemed contrary to the spirit of the raffle.
27. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary, provided that such amendments are communicated appropriately.
28. By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
